New Supper Club Swings to the 40's Big Band Sound
The glamorous 40's was considered to be the era of the "big swing bands." It now returns to Los Angeles at the new Sugar Hill Supper Club in the Valley.
Proprietors Denise Cook, Janice Lucas and "Bree" Dailey (pictured) invite everyone who searches for elegant ambiance, fabulous fare, exquisite service and electrifying entertainment along with dancing to the music of the big swing band - Chester Whitmore's Opus One.
The opening night extravaganza on Valentine's Day will feature vocals by Shanda Lear. Special guests include Linda Hopkins, Marla Gibbs, H.B. Barnum, Garrett Morris and Emmett Cash along with Emcess Denise China Eyes Cook and Ismael "East" Carlo.
