Foruzendeh (Jasmin) hosts a variety show on the Persian Entertainment Network (PEN), - a Persian style of MTV. And, Since her initial appearance, one year ago, PEN's ratins continue to grow.
Jasmin with her fun and bubbly personality, along with her sexy and likeable presence, both on and off camera, gets emails and letters from all over the world telling her how much everyone loves her. Her fans note that her style is being copied by many girls and that she is also adored by many men worldwide.
Since 2000, when she started hosting "Top 10" an international music video at Meli TV, Jasmin has become an icon in the Persian entertainment arena. Her resume includes modeling (hair and makeup), back-up singer for various famous Persian singers, TV host for a kids' show for IPN (International Persian Network), and TV host for T2.
Jasmin, who was born in Germany to an Iranian father and a German mother, she looks and sounds very interesting which of course, has added to her popularity. Born as a Christian, she sang in her church choir and was also very active in theater in middle and high school in Dusseldorf.
She loves animals and children which explains why her TV show for kids, which ran for three years, was so popular among children and parents. She is also an accomplished artist her happy and colorful painting is an insight to this very talented young lady.
When asked; what are your plans for the future? Jasmin replies, "Since I remember, I have always had passion for acting, modeling and singing, so I like to give people the gift of laughter, love and entertainment."
We wish this rising international star a great birthday this August 23rd - a day which historically turns the TV studio where she works into a shrine with many dozens of flowers and gifts she recieves from all over the world. We are looking forward to hear a lot more about her and see more of her on TV in the coming weeks and months.
Jasmin is grateful for all of her blessings and always believes that God has a real purpose for her in life. She prays for world peace and wishes to visit Iran home land in the future when the opportunity allows it.
Jasmin, who enjoys listening to Shakira, is working on her own new album which is due to be released within the next several months. She is constantly approached by well known writers who want her to sing their songs.
