ED ASNER AND DICK VAN PATTEN HEADLINE CAST OF NEW HIRSCH FILM PROJECT
Seattle is best known for coffee, jets, the Space Needle, the monorail and a thriving entertainment industry. And, over the years, many of its entertainment types have migrated down I-5 to take up new roots in LA.
One of those talented individuals who decided to make the move is filmmaker Randolph Hirsch who produced his first project several years ago - a short that made its way into several film festivals where it was well received by critics and patrons.
Hirsch is now set to take the next step by producing and directing a feature film. Its working title is "Once in a Lifetime - Just Go for It" and will feature a cast of veteran and newcomers headed by Ed Asner and Dick Van Patten.
The one hour and forty five minute film will be shot in Los Angeles and is the story of how several friends view their lives and attempt to sort out their problems but must face critical decisions in order to change them.
"Everyone who has an idea for a film should pursue their passion and bring it to life," says Randy. "I've wanted to start on this movie for years. I can't believe we're about to begin shooting in a few short weeks."
Editor's Note: in will follow the project through its completion - bringing updates to you on a regular basis. Visit Inmag.com for more info and the film's synopsis and other production details.
